Before You Write — Try These First
Most questions are already answered. The Omegla FAQ covers free matches, sign up, matching, coins, mobile use and connection problems — checking it takes a minute and often saves you a day.
If someone in a chat made you uncomfortable, you do not need to email us at all. Use the report button inside the chat, and read how reporting and moderation work — reports go straight to the moderation team, which is faster than any inbox.
Curious what is and is not allowed before you report? The community guidelines spell it out. For anything about your personal data, the privacy policy explains what we store and how to ask us to delete it.

What Happens After You Hit Send
Your message lands in a queue sorted by topic, not by a bot. A support person reads it, checks your case, and replies — usually within one business day, occasionally longer on weekends. If the fix takes more than one reply, we will tell you what is happening instead of leaving you guessing.
A few honest notes: we cannot undo what a stranger said in a chat, but we can act on the account behind it. We cannot speed up a slow network, but we can tell you exactly which setting usually fixes it. And if something is genuinely broken on our side, you will hear it from us plainly.
